All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — timelines will be stated on the product page.

• You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

We ship to Canada, the U.S., and selected international countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
